Subscriptions

Personal and team plans are listed separately; a real team is created only after the team payment succeeds.

Credit top-ups

Limited-time bundles and direct top-ups are bought separately; credits are booked on arrival and only affect the current paying entity.

Use them within the window after they land — built for crunch-time top-ups.

FAQ

What’s the difference between subscriptions and credit packages?

Subscriptions auto-credit periodically (with add-ons like storage); credit packages are one-off purchases — flexible but without storage/benefit bonuses. Both can be used together.

Does the desktop app cost extra?

No. The desktop client shares the same account, subscription and credit wallet as the web; desktop capabilities like local MCP and file selection are authorized via server capability tokens.

How are credits converted?

Each canvas node shows the estimated credit cost of that run. Prices for text-to-image, text-to-video, dubbing and 3D model tiers are all listed in the public system price table.

Enterprise invoices and yearly discounts?

Yearly plans show the discounted price directly; for enterprise invoicing and bank transfers contact sales@filmos.com.

Are failed generations charged?

No. Any failed task is held by system reconciliation and auto-refunded; you can verify each entry on the billing page monthly.

Do credits expire?

Direct top-up credits are long-lived. Limited-time bundles follow the validity printed on the bundle, and anything unused at the deadline expires. Subscription credits are granted per billing cycle.
